Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do, however, stand behind all our products. If a product is defective, or if there is a mistake with your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will try to remedy the situation quickly.
We cannot keep our prices low if we accept returns when there is not a legitimate defect. If you are not familiar with a specific product, it may be best to only order one item to see if you like it. Please note, our products are all-natural, and as with any natural product, you may notice slight variations in color, consistency, texture, etc., from one batch to the next.
