could this lotion freeze? July 21, 2016 Reviewer: Genie Hilbertbaade from Brookfield , WI United States   Hi - I do like the lotion but it's really hard.  I wonder if that's how it should be or did it freeze sitting by my door for about 4 or 5 hrs?  It was 0 degrees that day.  This is the first time I have used this lotion. Sunrise Showers' Reply:  We are glad you like Lotza Argan!  Yes indeed, it will firm up if subjected to cold temperatures, and over time it may also become firmer.  That is why we recommend NOT storing it in the refrigerator.  After coming inside and warming up, it should return to a softer consistency.  Note, since we do not use any alcohol, emulsifiers, water, preservatives, petroleum-based additives or other  "gunk" commonly found in commercial lotions and creams to maintain the consistency, variations in texture can be expected.  If the product is firm, just hold a tiny pinch between your fingers and it should soften up within 1 or 2 seconds, then you can gently massage it into your skin. Great product! Best moisturizer for sensitive skin! February 11, 2015 Reviewer: Christy Wolf from Arlington Heights, IL United States   I used to battle acne (as an adult). I started using this moisturizer along with Sunrise Shower's coconut complexion bar almost a year ago and my issues are gone. I completely believe other cleansers and moisturizers, which are filled with complicated ingredients, were causing my problem. The cleansers didn't clean well enough and the moisturizers just aggravated the situation. Once I  stripped away all that fancy stuff and used all-natural products like this one, my skin was SO much happier. I'm a HUGE fan. I'm so happy I stopped at your booth last summer.
