Communication December 9, 2019 Reviewer: Jack Saltes from Mount Horeb, WI United States   Your lotion bars are an excellent product, keeping my hands/fingers  from drying out and crack-free all winter. I respectfully ask though that when a customer sends an email regarding the order, please reply. Thank you. Answer:  We indeed sent an immediate reply.  As you later told us, you seldom read emails from that email account which was automatically entered on your order.  Sorry for the confusion.
