Shipping:

Shipping charge is $5.95 for any size order shipped anywhere in the continental USA. Special, shipping for any order over $100 is only $3.00. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. All orders ship via Priority Mail. We reserve the right to charge more for shipping in those rare instances when the actual shipping cost is significantly high in comparison to the total value of the order. If this occurs, we will notify you of the costs and only complete the order with your approval.

 

Soap Size:

Our soaps are all hand cut, thus there may be slight variations in weight. Our regular size soap bars weigh a minimum of 4.0 oz, with the average weight being about 4.3 oz.

 

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns. If for any reason there is an error on our part in filling the order, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the problem. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please contact us so that we can address your concerns before you place your order.

 

Sensitivities:

Even though we use the highest-quality ingredients, some essential oils and fragrance oils may cause skin irritation for some people. If you experience skin discomfort using our products, discontinue their use immediately. If you have allergies or skin sensitivities to specific ingredients, please contact us before placing your order so that we can discuss with you which soaps have what ingredients.
